Amor Sagrado was inspired by the foundation of sacred love, intimacy, spirituality, traditional and non traditional values and elements of a Spanish wedding.
We featured a Spanish Peineta (a 19th century inspired large hair ornament/decorative comb worn by Spanish Brides), a handmade 14-foot Cathedral Mantilla (veil), and a sacred foot washing ritual (to demonstrate an act of love, humbling one self, and first service to each other as a newlywed couple which represents love, compassion, and humility as God encouraged us to do in John 13: 1-17 NIV).
All these elements helped embody a beautiful, romantic, and authentic Spanish wedding.
Monica & Ryan have been happily married for 8 years and have created a beautiful family that consists of 2 boys and a baby girl.
When Monica and Ryan got married, they were young, madly in love, and exchanged vows at a little chapel in Reno, Nevada. They never really got real wedding photos, so together with an amazing team of creatives we made those real wedding photos happen.
Our shoot took place in Butte Creek Canyon in Chico, California.
